What you are buying

A one-time purchase (founding price $19 for the first 20 kits, then $29) unlocks the complete FDE Engagement Kit generated from your project description: a project readback, a 40-question discovery list in 5 groups, a success metrics draft, an MVP scope & boundary sheet, an evaluation harness blueprint, a rollout & observability checklist, and a 4-week engagement runway. The readback and the full 40-question list are free before payment — no account required. Payment unlocks the remaining 5 documents of that same kit, plus an editable Markdown download and a print-ready view. Delivery is instant on payment.

AI-generated content

Kits are generated by AI from the description you provide. Facts, assumptions, and open questions are labeled separately, but generation can be wrong, generic, or incomplete — especially if the input is thin. A kit is preparation material for your own professional judgment, not a substitute for it. Verify everything against your client before acting on it.

Regeneration

Each paid kit includes one regeneration within 7 days of purchase, optionally incorporating your post-meeting notes. The regeneration replaces the kit content; the previous version is not retained.

Refunds

If the kit does not help, email support@saykit.ai within 14 days of purchase and tell us, in a sentence, what fell short — we refund in full through our payment processor to the original payment method. The kit is digital content delivered immediately: after a refund, your kit link returns to the free view — the readback and 40 questions remain, while the paid documents, Markdown download, and regeneration close. Refund abuse (for example downloading the full kit and immediately refunding, or repeated buy-and-refund patterns) may be declined.

Your material and your kit

You retain all rights to the material you submit and to the kit we deliver. Use it, edit it, white-label it, attach it to a statement of work — it is yours. We claim no ownership and no license beyond what is needed to generate the kit.

What this is not

• Not legal, tax, compliance, or professional advice.
• Not a guarantee of project outcomes — a kit structures discovery; execution remains yours and your client's.
• Not a course, coaching, or a community — it is generated working material.
• Not affiliated with Palantir, MIT, fde.academy, or any training provider. The method referenced is public; the product is original.

Acceptable use

Do not submit material you have no right to share, client secrets, personal data of third parties, or anything unlawful. Paraphrase and anonymize instead. Free generation is limited to 3 kits per 24 hours per network connection; attempts to bulk-extract the product may be declined and refunded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is capped at the amount you paid. The service is provided "as is".

Earlier products

The SayKit Brief founding pilot (concierge requirements briefs) was discontinued in September 2026 before any paid order was delivered. The free Etsy fee check at /profit/tool remains available as an on-device utility under its original terms.
